No. All users are required to log in or sign up an account prior to accessing our full range of services.

All reservations made are subjected to the availability and capacity of the venue. Bookings shown as "Pending" means that the establishment may have availability at the time of booking but are subjected to approval. Upon approval, status of bookings will be updated from "Pending" to "Upcoming", under Activities tab.

Deposits are requested by clubs to discourage no-show or late cancellation of reservations. Establishments differ in their deposit policy and may require a deposit for reservation of table / sofa, bookings of larger groups, or for special events and occasions. You will be prompted during the reservations process to place a deposit should the establishment’s policy require it.

TIPSY currently only accepts debit and credit card payment methods such as VISA and Mastercard.

For modification and changes to bookings, please contact the establishment directly and are subjected to their approval. Cancellations for bookings and reservations of bars can be done in-app prior to the booking timeslot. We recommend you cancel 24 - 48 hours in advance. Purchase of tickets and deposits are non-refundable on TIPSY unless stated otherwise by the policy of the establishment.
